CrossFit IS FOR YOU! Getting started is easy. You don’t need to “get in shape” before joining, we will meet you where you are and put together a plan to build you up and help you reach your goals.

Start with a free intro class, come in and meet us, see what we’re about or just contact us to enroll in our elements program. In this program we will teach you some skills, movements, and help you build a base level of fitness to be ready and able to take on the Workout of the Day (WOD). If you are starting out at a little higher fitness level, you will have the opportunity to move through the elements at a pace that suits you.

Everyone starts somewhere. We don’t care what level of fitness you have when you come through the door, let us give you a blueprint to walk out the door a fitter, stronger and healthier you. Let us show you how to start training. Whether its training for competition, or training for life, at CrossFit COTU, we train.

CrossFit COTU is conveniently located right off of I-95 at Exit 89 in the Hanover Air Park Community at 11179 Hopson Road, Suite 4, Ashland, VA 23005. We are less than 5 minutes from Bass Pro Shops, Lewistown exit, and the Atlee Elmont area.
